The Bridge Project began life as a Rotary Club initiative, designed to coordinate the many different programs that people have access to, but don’t always know how to approach. The goal was to provide a space, and a person, that people could feel comfortable approaching for help.

The Bridge Project is a non-profit community supported organization.

Meet our Life Coach

Tracy Shamberger is a local resident to the Lincoln/Woodstock area and is very connected to her community.

It is through her 15 strong years of sobriety Tracy learned the invaluable lessons of vulnerability by asking for help when she needed it most, and of compassion, by being a shoulder to lean on for so many in her community.

Tracy is a dedicated mother, sister, aunt, and friend who spent five years at Common Ground Student Services in Littleton, NH. There she focused on developing individualized programs for students with disabilities and helping parents navigate the state agency with ease.

She is confident and she’s here now, to share her strengths with others, provide laughter in the face of loneliness, and push others to want more out of life-because they deserve it. Tracy belives we can build our community by giving people the resources they need while helping them to overcome obstacles along the way.
