WHAT IS THE BALANCE GROUP?
Our group’s goal is to support you in finding balance in all aspects of your life to create a healthier lifestyle. By providing and the sharing of information, tools and a community of support, we can all be successful in each of our journeys to a more balanced life.
Our meetings (Mondays 4:30pm at Woodstock Inn) focus on five key areas that we all are striving to find balance in:
- Weight Loss
- Nutrition
- Movement
- Self-Care, and
- Mindset.
We also encourage creative ideas and group bonding activities.
